ARM Analytics & Intelligence
ARM Analytics & Intelligence is a modern analytics platform designed for energy companies that need to keep all their critical data in one place (meter readings, balances, billing, deviations, nominations, etc.). It provides a centralized data warehouse and a visualization layer for both technical and managerial decision-making—from operational control rooms, through management reporting, to regulatory reporting—and serves as the sole reliable source of technical and economic data in the energy sector for the entire organization.
1. Integration Module - Optional
The platform enables the regular, automated storage of measurements from source operational systems. Each data point undergoes an automatic quality check before being stored—the system detects duplicates, extreme anomalies, and missing intervals. The result is a clean, verified, and auditable data foundation for all subsequent analyses. The resulting data is automatically sent to central data collection systems (OKTE, SEPS, PDS, market participants).
2. Complete Data History and Versioning
Every change or correction to a measurement is permanently recorded. The system maintains a complete history of all versions of each record and allows the data status to be reconstructed at any historical point in time. This capability is essential for regulatory audits and complaint resolution processes.
3. High-Performance Data Architecture
Data flows through a structured processing pipeline and is stored in a high-performance data warehouse optimized for fast analytical queries. The architecture handles hundreds of millions of records without compromising on speed, while the reporting layer is automatically refreshed on a regular basis.
4. Dashboards tailored to each role
Each user group gets exactly the view they need. Analysts manage data quality, management tracks KPIs by region, and regulators have access to reports in the required formats. Dashboards are accessible via a web browser without the need to install any client software.
5. Anomaly Detection and Automatic Alerting
The system continuously compares measured values against target values and evaluates deviations—both in absolute terms and as percentages. If set thresholds are exceeded, notifications are automatically sent to the responsible personnel. The entire history of deviations from expected values is visualized with color-coded severity levels, allowing for quick identification of problematic meters.
6. Multi-layered security and access control
Access is controlled by roles at both the database and application levels. Each user sees only the data and features they are authorized to access—including isolation of customer metrics. All communication is encrypted, and access actions are logged for auditing purposes.
7. Native integration with ARM DataGraph Editor
ARM Analytics & Intelligence and ARM DataGraph Editor form a unified ecosystem. The color-coded device statuses in the graphical editor are driven by current measurement values in real time. Clicking on a device in the diagram opens the corresponding dashboard directly—without switching between applications.
