The primary objective of ARMITAS a. s. is high-quality service, which is a fundamental prerequisite for retaining existing and acquiring new clients.
This objective is achievable through the diligent work of all company employees.
To this end, the company's management establishes the following policy:
1. The quality of services depends primarily on the quality of employees, who
bear full responsibility for the services provided.
2. We do not make promises we cannot keep.
3. Quality improvement is a planned, continuous process that is regularly
monitored and evaluated.
4. Collaborating organisations and service suppliers are fully involved in the
quality improvement process.
5. We ensure the qualifications and professional competence of our employees.
6. The quality management system is regularly reviewed with the aim of
improving the delivery of services to our clients.
7. When selecting products and services, we place emphasis on quality and
diligently monitor the prices of the distributed range.
8. Maintain proper relationships with the environment and uphold business ethics.
9. In accordance with the quality policy, the company issues annual objectives.
10.To educate and maintain awareness among employees and interested parties
with the aim of enhancing information security and protection.
